dvLED for Command and Control
In a control room, downtime and a security breach can cost far more than money. The dvLED wall has to run without interruption, resist wear, and keep every detail readable, hour after hour, year after year.
What this room demands
Always on
Mission critical operations cannot pause, so the dvLED wall has to run continuously and be serviceable in place.
Secure by origin
When data is sensitive, a fully European developed and manufactured control system matters.
Readable in every detail
Fine text, maps and feeds have to stay sharp and legible across the whole dvLED wall.
Built for years of operation
COB and coated surfaces resist impact and wear, and front service modules let one cabinet be swapped while the rest of the dvLED wall keeps running.
Control room dvLED with a European control system
We build command and control dvLED walls on ERMAC, a fully European developed and manufactured control system, with Pantone validated XF+ panels selected for durability and low power.
European control system
ERMAC is developed and manufactured in Europe, which matters where security and data control are non negotiable.
Continuous and serviceable
ERMAC reports operating state, temperature and voltages of every cabinet, and modules are serviced from the front, so a failing part is replaced before the operators see it.
Sharp and accurate
Fine pitch from 0.6 mm and 26 bit processing keep small text, map lines and video feeds legible without banding, at the brightness a lit control room needs.
Low power, low heat
Power draw is planned per square meter in DiDe before the order. Less power means less heat in a room that runs 24 hours a day, and a longer life for the LEDs.
Where it earns its place
TRUE control room dvLED walls show railway schematics, maps and camera feeds around the clock. The control system is developed and manufactured in Europe and carries no foreign logic, which is where most security reviews start. Unfortunately we are not allowed to show images from these installations.
Measure it before you decide
The fastest way to judge a dvLED wall is to measure it. Book a visit to our Experience Center, or send us your space and we will size it.
Command and Control questions
Why does a European control system matter for control rooms?
In mission critical and sensitive environments, knowing that the control system is developed and manufactured in Europe supports security and data control in a way that an outsourced platform cannot.
How is the dvLED wall kept running around the clock?
The system is engineered for continuous operation and in place service, so routine maintenance does not require taking the dvLED wall down.
What pixel pitch do control rooms use?
Control rooms need fine detail for maps, text and feeds, so we usually specify 0.6 mm to 1.8 mm out of a range that runs from 0.6 mm to 10 mm and above, and size the exact pitch for your viewing distances.
