Services

dvLED planning, installation and service, from the manufacturer

A dvLED project is more than panels and a processor. We guide you through every step: planning, drawings, structures, signal infrastructure, installation, calibration and the years of operation that follow.

The full lifecycle

One responsibility, from the drawing to the tenth year

Planning and consulting

Evaluation of technical requirements, environment and workflow, so the solution is tailored before the first panel is ordered.

Technical drawings

Precise documentation for your project, including power layouts and data distribution diagrams.

Supporting structures

Custom frames and mounting systems engineered for stability, planned and produced for the building and the dvLED wall.

Scenario implementation

Customized preset configurations for brightness, color temperature, gamma, color space and window settings, switched with a single command.

Installation

Substructure inspection, laser aligned panel rows, ERMAC power and signal connection, then full system calibration, following our published installation manual.

Input signal infrastructure

Complete planning of signal flow, bandwidth and interface selection, from source to processor.

Onsite service

Remote diagnosis first: ERMAC reports state, temperature and voltages of every cabinet. Then a technician on site with the spare for your panel type.

Repairs

Component level repairs including LED replacement and mechanical damage restoration.

Extended warranty

Long term coverage options with priority support.

Third party panel adaptation

ERMAC processing and proprietary calibration applied to LED panels from other manufacturers, bringing existing dvLED walls up to TRUE image standards.

Onsite Color Space Engine implementation

Hardware level color space calibration performed on site, so the dvLED wall reproduces defined color standards in its real environment.

Content optimization consulting

Guidance on preparing content for dvLED: resolution, color space, gamma and playback, so the dvLED wall shows material the way it was designed.

We publish our documentation. The mechanical installation manual walks through a complete assembly: substructure inspection, laser aligned panel rows, ERMAC power and signal connection, and LED cluster service.

On site

Installation and service, in the field

Structure, panels, cabling, commissioning and service access. Our own crews on real installations across Europe.

On call

Our own crews, wherever the dvLED wall is.

Installation, commissioning and service by the people who build the panels and the control system. On site across Europe, with the spares and the ERMAC knowledge in the van.

When a dvLED wall has a problem, you do not talk to a call centre. You talk to the technician who has the same panels on the bench in Kassel, Germany, and who can be on your site with the right part.

FAQ

Service questions

Do you install dvLED walls yourselves?

Yes. Our own crews plan, mount, cable, commission and calibrate the dvLED wall, across Europe. Where a local partner is closer, they work under our planning and hand over to our commissioning.

Can the ERMAC control system drive LED panels from other manufacturers?

Yes. Third party panel adaptation applies ERMAC processing and our calibration to an existing dvLED wall after a technical check of the panels, which brings older or foreign panels up to TRUE image standards without replacing them.

What does the extended warranty cover?

Long term coverage for the panels and the control system with priority support. The exact scope, parts, response times and duration are defined per project in the quote.

How fast do you react when a dvLED wall has a problem?

We reply within one business day, usually with a remote diagnosis first: ERMAC reports the state, temperature and voltages of every cabinet. Onsite service is scheduled from Germany with the spares for your panel type.

What is a scenario preset?

A stored configuration of brightness, color temperature, gamma, color space and window layout that the dvLED wall switches to with a single command, for example a daylight mode, a review mode and a presentation mode.
